The following categories of individuals are not eligible to hold a fun36 account: employees or contractors of fun36 or its affiliated companies; immediate family members of such employees; and any individual who has been self-excluded or excluded by fun36 pursuant to a responsible gaming request.
3.1 Registration. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Security.
